Chapter 3.6: Different kinds of love

Apperently all was for real and Bernice soon got back to work after a honeymoon weekend they spent in France, visiting his son who was now an adult.

She immediately went out, starting to question people and she was successful, she even got promoted a week after she came home.

Celia was busy with her life as a teenager as well, almost every night she had some guys over in her apartment, playing games, watching tv and making out with a couple of dudes. But there was noone who meant more to her.

Time came for the prom, the biggest night in a teenagers life. Celia was thrilled, a lot of guys had been asking her out, but she declined them all, telling them that she didn't want to be tied down.

She was going to have fun anyway at prom, without a date, she could be with anyone she wanted to.

But she ended up with Marlon Novak, a guy who was a couple of years older than her and much cooler as well. He hung out with the coolest crowd on school, and when he had asked her to dance with him during the prom, she couldn't refuse, he was the coolest.

The two of them hung out almost every day, and even if Celia had been hanging out with a lot of guys, she had never slept with one of them. Marlon was her first.

At first she denied him, but he told her that it wasn't such a big deal, losing your virginity. And if her cool boyfriend told her that, she knew what had to be done.

Marlon got what he wanted and Celia was left as an empty shell. Almost every night for three months, Marlon came by and slept with Celia, he left in the morning before she woke up.

All the other kids in school knew about Marlon and Celia, Celias best friend Carmen Locklear also knew about the two of them, and she also knew about how Marlon was treating Celia. Carmen hated this and always tried to keep Marlon away from Celia.

But her efforts failed, Marlon got what he wanted. Until one day when he released his grip on Celia to go screw with another girl.

Carmen tried to get Celia to go to her mother and tell her about Marlon, after all, he was 18 and she was just 14 years old. But Celia didn't want anyone to know about this, her family liked Marlon, because when they were around, he was a really nice guy.

She decided to tell them that they broke up because she wanted to focus on school. Even though she was a straight A girl.

As if it wasn't enough with one teen in the house, it was time for the twins birthday. Cameron wanted to have a big party of course, his sister agreed but spent most of the night in her room.

Cameron invited his crush over for the party, Teresa Casper. She was 14 and in the same class as his sister Celia.

She cheered him on while he was blowing out his candles and right after the two of them started chatting, they also did some dancing and were really hitting it of.

Who would deny this heartbreaker a dance anyway, he's so handsome.

Celia wasn't that interested in parties anymore, Marlon ruined that for her, instead she tried to focus her feelings into her writing, she actually completed two whole books in her teens.

Chelsea aged up later when all the people had left, she was really beautiful as a teen, but adapted a down-to-earth look, to try not to stand out to much. She wasn't interested in making friends, she already had Jess, and that was the only one she needed.

Besides from being a lot smarter than all the other kids and having the need to restore brainpower once and a while, Celia was a lot like the other teenagers.

She and her siblings would hang out every day in her apartment, laughing, having Celia helping them with their homework and talking about love.

Well Cameron did most the talking when it came to the "love" topic. Celia was still hurt from Marlon and Chelsea didn't seem to have any interest in love, or did she?

Celia knew her sister well enough to know that she was hiding something. Something huge probably since she'd been so secretive lately.

When Cameron went inside, Celia felt that it was time for her to question her sister about what was going on.

Once her question was out there in the open air, she felt so stupid, like she had asked the dumbest question on earth not thinking about the consequenses.
"are you gay?" didn't sound to bad in her head, but now she felt stupid, stupid and mean, she should have taken it slower with her fragile little sister.

Chelsea gasped and just stood there with her mouth open, like there was something she wanted to say but forgot in the last second. After what seemed like forever, Chelsea is finally able to form words with her mouth, that acctually sounds like words.
"W-why would you ask that?" Chelsea's blushing and staring at the floor, like she's ashamed.
Celia tried to apologize but it's not working, her sister feels betrayed and let down, by her silly little question.
"Because..... B-because, I think that I am, I think that I am gay." Says Celia and feels like a huge burden's been liften from her chest and she's finally able to breathe once again.
The sentence actually didn't feel to bad, she felt comfortable with it, she finally accepted it.
Chelsea on the other hand didn't look comfortable, while looking at her sister all confused.

"Promise you won't tell mum...." Chelsea murmured after a couple of minutes of silence.
Celia got the message, and gave Chelsea a quick nod before she ran of.

But time in the Forest household went by fast and soon word about Chelsea being gay reached Bernice. She was of course a bit dissappointed, now there was only Celia left to continue the bloodline. But she knew that Chelsea wanted to share her life with a female, and she also knew who that was.

Chelsea could finally relax after her family learned the truth, she started to improve her cooking skills by serving dinner every night.

Celias days as a teenager went by really fast and soon it was time for her birthdayparty, she was becoming a young adult.

There to celebrate her was all her friends and her siblings friends, a real teen party, all that was missing was a pool.

Carmen, Celias best friend came by as well, she was so busy these days, with her father training her to become an acrobat. But she wouldn't miss her besties party, they were so close to each other.

Unfortunately the evening didn't go as planned, Gastons time expired without anyone noticing, they all were out partying. (His gravestone went missing the second he died, wonder where it went :S)

But Gaston had been preparing for this day for what seemed like an eternity. He was ready.

Outside, love was filling the air, Celia surprised her best friend when she told her about her feelings, Celia had been in love with Carmen for quite a while now and with her sister coming out of the closet, she felt she could do it as well.

She didn't want to be stuck in the friendzone forever.

Luckily Carmen felt the same, she had loved Celia from the first day of high school, she had cried herself to sleep every night when Celia was dating Marlon. The two of them became a couple there on the spot.

When Chelsea saw what her sister did, she felt that it was time for her to leave the friendzone as well, she went and confessed her love for Jess Mixon, her childhood friend. Surprisingly, Jess jumped on the spot and kissed her, she had the same feelings as well.

After all this romancing, it was time for Celia to age.

Now it's time for generation 4 to step into the spotlight, but how will they continue the bloodline?

Chapter 3.5: Creating some space

With no toddlers left in the house, Bernice starts to focus on her career once more, and by doing that she needs to attend some parties and fund raisers. She was so busy that she even forgot her own birthday and aged up while attending a party.

Chelsea and Cameron really enjoyed each others company, even though Chelsea thought Cameron was a bit on the wild side. He often tried to get her hang out with his friends at school and really tried hard to get her popular, like him. He invited him to all kinds of activities, he even invited her to a soccer game, but she had no interest in that and politely declined.

Bernice was now a middelaged cougar, she thought that it would be better for her career if she looked cleaned up.

But Bernice had a hard time managing both career and taking care of her kids, mostly Gaston did the caring, but she didn't want the kids to forget all about her, so she tried to spend as much time as she could with her babies.

But the kids didn't care to much about their mother being a bit absent. They had each other and their dad.

The kids celebrated Gastons birthday while Bernice were out working late. Gaston didn't want to bother his wife with something as silly as his birtday.

Even though it may seem as Bernice is a terrible mother cus' of her work scheudule, she really is a great mother, often driving the kids to school in her police car, taking them out to the park and playing games with them on weekends. She tried her best.

And besides, the twins had their amazing older sister, who was not only an alien but also a really cool and popular girl. After Celia found out the truth, she went to school telling everybody the real truth, and now every kid in the neighborhood wanted to hang with her.

This made her brother really popular as well, and her babysister would have been popular as well, but because of her shyness she was just accepted by everyone, she had one friend, apart from her siblings, Jess Mixon, a girl who's a couple of years older than her.

Jess didn't accept no for an answer and after a while the two of them became great friends.

Soon it was time for Celias birthday, even though she had a lot of friends, she just wanted to celebrate with her family, alone.

Celia grew up into a real cutiepie, she would be a heartbreaker.

With Celia becoming a teen, Bernice and Gaston felt that she needed some space to grow. They used the attic over the garage and built it as an apartment, fitting Celias needs.

They knew that she would bring boys here, and that they wuld have less control over her, but also, Celia was smarter than everyone else and they knew she wouldn't do anything stupid.

Celia of course was stunned when her parents brought her up to the apartment, here she had everything she needed, a kitchen, bathroom, bed, tv, computer, even a grill.

She wasn't the only one loving the place, her brother and sister was amazed as well, they could come here and hang with her all afternoon after school. With no parents allowed, yes, they would only come up once a week to check that everything was fine and clean. Of course Celia didn't spend all her time in the apartment, but she liked hanging there.

Suddenly while inspecting the apartment, Bernice went down on one knee and asked Gaston to marry her. They had planned a wedding for quite some time now, but never got it over with, so with all they've been through, Bernice felt it was time.

They got married on the spot with the kids as their witnesses. Life was good for the happy couple.

Was this all for real, were they really married and living with three troubleless kids?

Chapter 3.4: Childrens play

Even though Gaston was a stay-at-home-dad, Bernice tried to spend as much time as she could with the children. Gaston had offered her to help with an income, but her wage was big enough for all of them, and his english wasn't to good, so she told him that it would be better if he stayed with the children.

One evening after Bernice got home from work, it was time for Celias birthday, all day she had been bothering Gaston about the cake, how much she longed for it and that she wanted to blow out her candles straight away. Gaston was luckily equipped with such a good temper, he didn't let Celia command him to do as she wanted, he kept her busy all day, giving her different tasks so that she would forget about the cake til' Bernice would come home.

Celia loved animal prints, Bernice knew this and bought her a new dress for her birthday as a surprise. It looked really good with her skincolor. Bernice hoped that the other kids would be nice to her, but feared the worst since Celia was alot different from the other kids.

But Celia was still a normal kid, even though she had green hair, green skin and black eyes, she decorated her room with light pink furniture and unicorns.

The children went along really well, sometimes they played together all three but mostly it was just Cameron and Chelsea.

Celia had her mind set on figuring out what she was going to do when she was aging up into an adult, she was really independent.

For a couple of weeks, she tried her luck with the childrens baking oven, hoping that she would become such a great baker as the one she saw on tv one day.

The parents tried their best to raise their children. They would spend every minute of Bernice's freetime as a family. But she didn't have that much freetime when aiming for the top. She often got called down to the station to review some evidence or interrogate a criminal.

Celia was still trying to find out what she was going to be. After a couple of months in school, a kid came up to her telling her that she was an alien. Celia got really confused by that kid and told him that she wasn't, but after that rumour started she had a hard time playing with the other kids, they all avoided her, whispering behind her back.

One day she had enough and went home to her mother asking her why they treated her like an alien, when she was Bernice's and Gaston's kid. "I'm not an alien! she yelled, furious at her mother.

Bernice felt that it was time to tell her the truth, she told her everything, about Oxqa, how he betrayed Bernice and then suddenly died, how she met Gaston and how he became Celias father. And most importantly, she told her about her being half an alien.

Suddenly everything became clear for Celia, she hugged her mother and promised that she would continue to love Gaston as her father. Celia now felt at ease, she was an alien, but she didn't care, she had the best parents and so what if she was an alien, she atleast looked alot cooler than the other kids.

After her talk with Celia, Bernice felt at ease with life. Finally she had had the talk with Celia and she was fine, Celia was fine.

The twins aged up alone one evening, Chelsea was really shy and didn't want to bother anyone. Cameron agreed with her and did as she asked.

With the kids aging up, it was time to redecorate their room.

It's all fun and games now, with a house full of playfull kids, but soon, things are going to change, soon there will be teenagers ruling this house.
