The transformation was really hard on Puzzle and when it was finished, Puzzle looked terrified. Collin fell even more in love with her but decided that he was going to take it easy, she was new to this world and he didn't want to rush her.
After Puzzle had calmed down, Collin showed her to a stylist in town, who helped Puzzle adapt a slightly more normal look. Instead of her colorful patchwork clothes who did stand out a bit. Collin didn't want some scientist to kidnap her and do experiments to her. Puzzle really enjoyed her new look, which was a bit innocent and naive looking.
Once Collin had told his sister about Puzzle the two of them started to hit it of. Aimee didn't freak out for Puzzle being an imaginary friend, she was a bit insane herself so she couldn't complain really. She even wore her winterclothes inside the house.
Puzzle was determined to make a good impression, she was also in love with Collin, but she thought that he only saw her as a friend. She fixed all the household electronics and took care of a lot of the cleaning around the house. She really enjoyed being a human, and being noticed by others.
Aimee on the other hand, had her hands full of paintbrushes. She practised her painting skills every day.
Puzzle was really easily scared and freaked out when she one night saw the gost of Haylie, she passed out on the floor.
Collin decided that it was time for him to get a job, Thorton had retired and wouldn't give Aimee or Collin any money, he kept them to himself. Collin needed to feed his, Aimees and Puzzles mouths and to do so, he had to have some cash. He went to the science facility who hired him straight away as a test subject, well atleast he had a job.
Pussle was really fachinated by everything especially life, she started to grow her own crops to make some money, but the money was really slow so without Collins consent, she went to the same science facility where he worked and got employed also, she was now also a test subject.
Collin got frustrated with the news, but he was so happy at the same time. Puzzle made every effort to help Collin and he felt like it was time to tell her.
He whispered in her ear if she would like to be his girlfriend, and after he had explained it a bit for her she jumped in his arms and shrieked happily. Now he finally had his Puzzle, and he felt so happy.
He felt that he needed to tell his father the happy news when Thornton showed his face. But Thorton became furious and started yelling at Collin. Collin wanted to throw his terrible father out of the house, but his mother would have been so disappointed with him, she had loved Thornton.
Collin decided to let of some steam instead, with his new girlfriend. The two of them had a fun time exploring each other.
Puzzle enjoyed the same things as Collin, they worked at the same place and talked for hours and hours every day, they were "the couple", the fun happy couple who loved each other. They would often go fish together, or take care of the crops, or play chess together.
Aimee loved Puzzle as well, she was like the sister se never had and the two of them would gossip all the time.
One day they were caught by surprise to see Thornton being collected by death as they stood talking. Even though he had never cared for them, it was still hard for Aimee to see her father pass away.
Thornton and Haylie were finally together again, and the kids could continue with their lives.
